Coach Teodora
Teodora Sklayne is the founder of Attika Fitness, a certified Neuroscience-based Breathwork Practitioner, and a Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience. She combines her passion for fitness with the latest in mind-body science to create transformative experiences that help individuals master their connection to their body, reduce stress, and achieve optimal mental and physical performance.
Coach Kaloyan
Kalo is our enthusiastic personal trainer with a knockout sense of humor and a passion for boxing, kickboxing, and conditioning! With a dedication to fitness and combat sports, Kaloyan is here to help you tap into your full potential while having a blast. Kaloyan's secret sauce? It's all about mastering technique, building strength, and boosting endurance.
Coach Charlotte
Charlotte is a great believer that movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional and mental state. With over a decade of experience Charlotte brings her amazing energy in dance, pilates, yoga, combat, strength and endurance training. Taking care of the most important thing, our temple - our body - from inside and out.
Coach Emily
Emily lives and breathes fitness and is passionate about making physical activity a positive experience. Her energy is infectious and you will leave her workouts feeling filled with joy and happy vibes. She even turns burpees into a laughing exercise, so you'll be both fit and in stitches! A good workout is a good day. Her personal favourites are HIIT conditioning, pilates and yoga. She makes it her mission to help you discover yours.
Coach Ben
Ben is a dedicated fitness coach with a lifelong passion for staying active, from his early days playing football and climbing trees to his current commitment to overall wellness. He focuses on exercise that boosts confidence and well-being, empowering clients to feel great in their own skin rather than chasing an idealized image. With a perfect blend of expertise and humor, Ben brings positivity and fun to every session—and as a stand-up comedian, he never misses a chance to add a dose of laughter to your workout.
Coach Lara
Lara is a passionate coach with a degree in kinesiology and 11 years of athletic experience, Lara is a force to be reckoned with. As a former Croatian national team fencer, she earned national titles and competed at European and world championships. Her dedication to fitness is matched only by her infectious positive energy. Off the mat, Lara loves exploring nature, hiking, and spending time with horses. Let her guide you on a journey to strength and confidence!

What's On

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
