Group Personal Training is the balance in between.
You’ll train alongside up to three others while following your own personalised program, designed around your body, goals, and experience. Every session is guided by an English-speaking personal trainer who corrects your form, adapts exercises, and supports your progress.
It’s more personal than a class, more motivating than training alone, and built for long-term consistency. Expect structure, support, and a welcoming environment where you feel seen and encouraged.
And yes, there’s good coffee and community along the way.
