Experience Personal Training made more accessible and share it with fellow expats
Group PT is the bridge between Group Classes and Personal Training. You get your own personal trainer designing your training programs every 4 weeks, which are tailored to your body history and goals. You choose your own schedule, by joining the group sessions, where there will be up to 3 other Group PT members following their own designed workouts.
An Attika coach will be there to guide you to complete your programs safely and effectively. They will also be sure to motivate you to improve each week and to get the most out of the workout, while sharing the pain and joy with your fellow trainees.
Our bespoke approach features understanding of your goals, needs and health history on a much deeper level than you would expect. Before committing to our PT services, we require an initial consultation that enables us to craft your own personalised training regimen.
