Step by step we gain confidence, energy, and acceptance of what our bodies can achieve. In this section, you’ll discover strong, high power classes like boxing and HIIT.

Attika Strong

Strong Classes are designed to help you get strong safely.

Attika Coaches help you understand how to move your body better with free weights, TRX, resistance bands and not forgetting your own body weight!

Learn proper form in all the foundational exercises and supplement with movements that will balance your strength and keep your body healthy in the long run.

All activities can be adapted to your level and allow for progressive overload to see improvements over the weeks.

Attika HIIT

HIIT classes are a great way to push your body to its maximum potential.

This cardio session uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - intensive bursts of exercises followed by short rest periods to allow your heart to work harder for longer.

If you are looking for an Attika resilience class that is fast, fun and feel good, then HIIT is your best bet.

Attika Boxing

K-1 fighter KaloTheBeast’s fun and action-packed Boxing Classes test your speed, strength, coordination and agility skills.

Whether you’re a fighting pro or have never thrown a fist, this class is guaranteed to get your heart rate going, your body moving and your brain working.

And let’s not forget, punching stuff always helps you forget the worries of the day!

Attika Boxing Circuits

Similar to a HIIT workout, at Attika Boxing Circuits you get to push hard with short bursts of intervals.

Coach Kalo will push your resilience through different functional movement intervals to improve your agility, coordination, cardiovascular fitness and ability to keep going.

You get to use lots of bands, your body weight and punches and kicks in the air. A great way to relieve stress and let go.

Attika Calisthenics

Calisthenics is a form of strength, flexibility and coordination practice where resistance comes solely from your body weight and gravity.

This Attika resilience class is a great test of perseverance as you learn new skills, work muscles you didn’t know existed and try new moves.

It’s sure that our passionate calisthenics Coach Davide will have you hooked in no time.

Balance Classes

The key element to health, fitness and happiness in life is a balanced approach. The balance between yin & yang, action & recovery, pushing forward & looking within.

Attika Pilates

Led by Coach Charlotte, Pilates uses strength, flexibility & mobility to counteract the imbalances of our overused muscles to realign our bodies and create a strong foundation for all of the body’s movements.

Pilates improves balance in the proprioception and postural alignment which helps in rehabilitation and injury prevention. The basic principles of Pilates are breathing, control, precision, fluidity and concentration.

This class is challenging yet invigorating. A great way to foster the mind-body connection and reduce stress.

Attika Recovery Yoga

Recovery yoga is all about letting go of the week’s chaos and checking in with yourself and your body. It is your time to find the balance you need.

Attika Yoga Coach Angie will guide your temple as you allow yourself to explore and discover what feels good for you in that present moment.

Forget the pressure of holding that ‘perfect pose’. This class is all about moving your body in a free and fun non-judgemental environment so you feel safe and connected again.

ATTIKA Mobility and Meditation

Take an hour to connect within. Mobility and Meditation is your time to celebrate your body.

This Balance class is designed to help you reconnect your body and mind, to feel more relaxed, happy and ready for the day ahead.

You will be doing some light movements to create openness in the body, followed by a guided body check meditation to make sure your mind and body is connected throughout.

This class is a great way to recover from all those resilience classes.

What's On

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
