Through the carefully curated music, her guided breathwork sounds like mother nature is taking you on an immersive journey to your subconscious mind.

Attika Nutrition

Nutrition and fitness are closely interlinked when reaching for our health goals. Nutrition is incredibly specific and unique to the individual. That is why we have our nutritionist and clinical dietitian onboard, Wiktoria Szubert.

Wiktoria carefully curates diet plans based on blood results, preferences and goals. She specializes in both sport dietetic and psychodietetic and has worked with various diseases, illnesses and allergies.

Can’t live without sweets? Can’t imagine life without fast food? Nutrition can come with many psychological and lifestyle obstacles. Wiktoria makes it her mission to find a solution together. Making life healthy, easy and tasty!

Attika Resistance Therapy

Are there parts of you that want to make changes to your health and fitness but other parts that don’t? Resistance lives in each of us in one form or another.

Our Resistance Therapist, Virginia Jenkins, helps us understand our resistance and befriend it, to get us to where we want to be. Virginia has over 13 years of professional training and experience as a Mindfulness-Based IFS Therapist and Therapeutic Coach. Through her work, she has come to deeply respect the resistance that lives in each of us, including herself. Virginia blends evidence-based practices with compassionate mindfulness and contemplative practice to help us understand and work with our resistance.

Attika Physio

When it comes to rehabilitation and injury prevention, physio can be the perfect synergy with personal training.

Attika has collaborated with Physion, run by highly qualified physiotherapist and manual therapist, Yvonne Van Dijk.

Yvonne combines physio and manual therapy and uses the highly technical RSQ1 to aid in better and faster recovery, rehabilitation and prevention. Great for our expat community, she speaks Spanish, English, Dutch and German. Her affection for sports, and competing at a high level, adds to her drive to get you on the road to recovery and moving the best that you can.

We can’t just talk about nutrition and not put our Gordon Ramsy hat on and whip up some delish pre and post workout goodies for you to truly enjoy.

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
