With a strong background in personalized nutrition, Fanni helps clients manage conditions like bloating, PCOS, and digestive issues, while also supporting athletes with muscle recovery and endurance​​. Fanni offers two key service packages designed to fit your health and fitness goals:

 

2-Month Plan: “The Health Foundations”

  • Who it’s for: Ideal for clients looking to establish a healthier lifestyle and understand their individual nutrition needs.

  • Initial Consultation: Includes an initial consultation + one follow up session to update and adjust your nutrition plan and deepen your knowledge around food

  • Weekly Support: You’ll receive weekly follow-up sessions for two months, giving you consistent support and guidance to stay on track.

4-Month Plan: “The Health Evolution”

  • Who it’s for: Designed for individuals committed to long-term health goals, from improving sports performance to addressing specific health issues.
  • Comprehensive Plan: Includes an initial consultation + three additional follow-ups to progressively adjust your meal plan and supplement strategy.
  • Weekly Follow-ups: Stay motivated and on track with ongoing weekly support throughout the four months.

Benefits:

  • Deeper understanding of your nutritional needs
  • Long-term results for body recomposition and endurance
  • Enhanced focus on recovery, performance, and digestion—perfect for athletes and those engaged in intensive Personal Training programs.

  • Supplementation Focuses On:
  • Supporting general health, digestion, and hormonal balance.

Weekly Online Follow-Ups:

  • Ongoing support to answer questions, resolve doubts, and discuss progress.
  • Adjustments to address any challenges the client faces.
  • Monthly Follow-Up Consultaions:

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
