Terms and Conditions

 

SECTION 1 – PERSONAL TRAINING (1-ON-1 & 2-ON-1)

 

1. Booking & Scheduling

1.1. Personal training sessions must be booked directly with the client's assigned ATTIKA coach.

1.2. The coach is responsible for registering sessions on the TeamUp system, where clients can view upcoming appointments and track session usage.

1.3. While clients are encouraged to follow a consistent weekly schedule, sessions may be booked flexibly, subject to coach availability.

1.4. Although sessions may be booked at short notice if the coach allows, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

1.5. If a coach is unavailable, ATTIKA will provide a substitute coach to ensure continuity in the client's program.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 22 hours in advance.

2.2. Sessions cancelled with less than 22 hours' notice or unattended (no-shows) will be deducted in full from the client's session balance.

2.3. In 2-on-1 training, the session is counted regardless of whether one or both clients attend.

2.4. All scheduled sessions must be used within the current billing period, unless otherwise carried over per Section 3.

 

3. Session Carry-Over

3.1. Clients may carry over unused sessions to the following billing period only if they renew their personal training membership.

3.2. Carried-over sessions cannot be used independently or without an active subscription.

3.3. Clients may downgrade their plan in the following month (e.g., from 12 to 4 sessions) to accommodate any carried sessions, provided the request is made at least 3 working days before the next billing date.

 

4. Memberships, Packs & Payments

4.1. Clients may choose between:

  • Monthly recurring memberships (automatically renewed), or
  • Drop-in or one-off packs of 10 or 20 sessions (valid for 6 months from purchase).

4.2. All personal training memberships and packs must be paid in full in advance.

4.3. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.4. Sessions may be transferred to a referred client, subject to ATTIKA approval.

4.5. Membership changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 3 working days prior to the next scheduled billing date.

4.6. In the event of a failed automatic payment, please refer to Section 7 – Payment Failures & Account Suspension for details regarding retry attempts and account access restrictions.

 

5. Onboarding, PAR-Q & Trainer Matching

5.1. All new personal training clients must complete ATTIKA's Bespoke Fitness Blueprint and submit a signed PAR-Q before beginning training.

5.2. Clients are solely responsible for informing ATTIKA of any changes to their health status. ATTIKA disclaims liability for any undisclosed medical conditions.

5.3. While clients may request a specific coach, ATTIKA reserves the right to assign trainers based on availability, experience, and program fit.

5.4. ATTIKA commits to thoughtful trainer-client matching and supports coach changes as needed to ensure a successful training relationship.

 

6. Lateness & Attendance

6.1. Clients who anticipate arriving more than 10 minutes late must inform their coach in advance.

6.2. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered cancelled and deducted from their session balance.

6.3. Coaches reserve the right to shorten or cancel the session in the case of late arrival to ensure safety and respect for the coach's schedule.

 

SECTION 2 – GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (4-ON-1)

 

1. Booking & Class Format

1.1. Group Personal Training (Group PT) memberships allow clients to book sessions directly through the TeamUp platform, accessible via attikafitness.com/timetable.

1.2. Each Group PT session accommodates a maximum of 4 clients. Sessions may run with as few as one participant.

1.3. Clients may book sessions up to 28 days in advance, allowing full flexibility to schedule across the billing period.

1.4. Session credits are flexible within the billing cycle and do not need to follow a fixed number of sessions per week.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

2.1. Cancellation notice requirements are as follows:

  • Morning sessions – minimum 12 hours' notice
  • Lunchtime and evening sessions – minimum 4 hours' notice

2.2. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the session being forfeited and deducted from the client's session count.

2.3. Cancelled sessions (with appropriate notice) may be rebooked within the same billing cycle, subject to availability.

 

3. Session Validity & Use-It-Or-Lose-It Policy

3.1. Group PT sessions must be used within the 4-week billing period in which they were purchased.

3.2. Unused sessions are not transferable or refundable, and no extensions, make-up sessions, or credit carry-overs will be granted under any circumstances (including illness or travel).

 

4. Memberships & Payments

4.1. ATTIKA offers recurring 4-week Group PT memberships with varying session credits (e.g., 4, 8, 12+ per period).

4.2. Membership fees are charged automatically every 4 weeks unless cancelled with appropriate notice.

4.3. Clients may upgrade or downgrade their membership for the next billing cycle by providing minimum 3 working days' notice prior to the next payment date.

4.4. For failed payment handling, membership suspension, and reactivation procedures, see Section 7 – Payment Failures & Account Suspension.

 

5. Program Design & Trainer Support

5.1. All Group PT clients are assigned an ATTIKA coach who develops and updates a personalized training program every 4 weeks.

5.2. Clients must complete the Bespoke Fitness Blueprint and submit a signed PAR-Q before beginning Group PT.

5.3. While individual programming is coach-specific, Group PT sessions are facilitated by multiple ATTIKA coaches. Trainers may rotate based on schedule availability, and all coaches are briefed on client goals and programs to ensure consistent and individualized support.

 

6. Lateness & Attendance

6.1. Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late for a Group PT session may still join but will be required to perform their own warm-up.

6.2. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be permitted to join the session. This is for their own safety and out of respect for other participants.

6.3. Late arrivals beyond the permitted time will result in a forfeited session with no refund or credit.

 

SECTION 3 – GROUP CLASSES

 

1. Booking & Access

1.1. Group Classes are available to clients with an active Group PT membership and are booked using the same credit system.

1.2. These classes complement personal programming and are highly encouraged as part of a well-rounded training experience.

1.3. Clients book and manage Group Class attendance via the TeamUp platform at attikafitness.com/timetable.

1.4. Class capacity is limited to:

  • 4 participants on weekdays
  • 6 participants on weekends

1.5. Clients do not need to complete the Bespoke Fitness Blueprint to attend Group Classes.

 

2. Cancellation & Lateness

2.1. Cancellation notice requirements are the same as for Group PT:

  • Morning classes – minimum 12 hours' notice
  • Lunchtime/evening classes – minimum 4 hours' notice

2.2. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited.

2.3. Clients arriving up to 15 minutes late may still join but are expected to perform their own warm-up.

2.4. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed to join the class for safety and respect toward others.

 

3. Session Packs & Validity

3.1. Clients who do not hold a Group PT membership may access Group Classes via drop-in, 10-pack, or 20-pack session purchases.

3.2. These session packs are one-off purchases and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

3.3. Sessions not used within this timeframe are forfeited and cannot be extended or carried over.

3.4. Clients with a Group PT membership will use their session credits interchangeably between Group PT and Group Classes.

3.5. Clients who purchase recurring Group PT memberships that include class access must maintain active payment status. For details on failed payment consequences, see Section 7 – Payment Failures & Account Suspension.

 

4. Coaching & Class Structure

4.1. Group Classes are coached by rotating members of the ATTIKA team.

4.2. All classes follow a shared, studio-wide program designed monthly by the ATTIKA coaching team.

4.3. Coaches may offer modifications to accommodate injuries or specific needs during the class.

 

SECTION 4 – COLD PLUNGE SESSIONS

 

1. Booking & Access

1.1. Cold plunge sessions are available in two formats:

  • Group Cold Plunge Events – booked via our event calendar: https://lu.ma/attikafitnessbcn
  • Private Guided or Self-Guided Sessions – booked via WhatsApp with Coach Teodora or Coach Emily: Click here

1.2. Participants are required to complete a medical waiver prior to their first cold plunge session.

1.3. Cold plunge sessions may be attended independently or as part of a combined breathwork and plunge experience.

1.4. Clients may choose between self-guided or coach-supervised formats depending on availability and preference.

 

2. Cancellations & Lateness

2.1. Cancellation policy varies by session type:

  • Private Guided Sessions – minimum 22 hours' notice
  • Self-Guided Sessions – minimum 4 hours' notice

2.2. Sessions cancelled later than the notice period or unattended (no-show) will be forfeited.

2.3. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without informing the coach will not be permitted to enter and the session will be lost.

 

3. Payment & Session Packs

3.1. Self-guided cold plunge sessions may be booked using the same session packs as Group Classes: drop-in, 10-pack, or 20-pack options.

3.2. All session packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

3.3. All payments are non-refundable. However, session credits may be transferred to a referred client upon request.

3.4. Clients may request a consistent weekly time slot for their cold plunge and use TeamUp to book recurring access.

 

4. Safety, Rules & Attire

4.1. All clients must shower prior to entering the cold plunge tub; entry while sweaty or unclean is strictly prohibited.

4.2. Maximum cold plunge time per session is 15 minutes.

4.3. Participation is at the client's own risk, and completion of a medical waiver is mandatory.

4.4. ATTIKA provides:

  • One large towel per person
  • Shower access before and after
  • Alarm cord in case of emergency
  • Timer to manage cold exposure duration
  • JBL speaker for personal music during the plunge

4.5. Clients must bring their own swimwear. Sauna facilities are not available.

 

5. Payment Failures & Access Restrictions

5.1. For clients on recurring packs (if applicable), failed payments will be handled as per Section 7 – Payment Failures & Account Suspension.

6. Medical Disclosure & Waiver

6.1. All participants are required to complete the Cold Plunge Waiver – Safety Terms & Conditions and submit a signed Health Declaration Form before participating in any cold exposure session.

SECTION 5 – PRIVATE BREATHWORK SESSIONS

 

1. Booking & Access

1.1. Private 1-on-1 and 2-on-2 breathwork sessions are booked directly with Teodora via WhatsApp.

1.2. Sessions are offered as one-off bookings:

  • 1-on-1 Breathwork: €180
  • 2-on-2 Breathwork: €240

1.3. While frequency is flexible, clients are encouraged to begin with two sessions per month, progressing to monthly for lasting impact.

1.4. All sessions are conducted in-person at the client's residence.

1.5. Teodora is the sole breathwork practitioner for private sessions.

 

2. Cancellations & Lateness

2.1. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 22 hours' notice.

2.2. Late cancellations or no-shows are considered forfeited and non-refundable.

2.3. As sessions are held at the client's home, Teodora ensures punctual arrival. Clients are responsible for preparing the space on time.

 

3. Safety, Waiver & Medical Disclosure

3.1. All clients must complete and submit a Breathwork Waiver & Health Declaration before their first session.

3.2. Clients also receive an intention-setting worksheet to prepare emotionally and mentally.

3.3. Breathwork may be contraindicated for individuals with certain conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Cardiovascular disease (including heart conditions or high blood pressure)
  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Severe PTSD or untreated trauma
  • History of psychosis or schizophrenia
  • Pregnancy
  • Recent surgery or injury

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical history.

3.4. Participation in breathwork is voluntary and at the client's own risk. Informed consent is required before the session begins.

 

4. Payments & Transfers

4.1. Payment must be made in full prior to the session.

4.2. No refunds are issued for breathwork sessions. However, bookings may be transferred to another individual with prior notice and approval.

5. Session Format & Aftercare

5.1. Sessions last approximately 90 minutes, including intention setting, breathwork, and grounding.

5.2. Post-session support is available via WhatsApp, including voice notes, journaling prompts, and aftercare suggestions tailored to the client.

5.3. Clients are encouraged to rest, hydrate, and avoid intense activity for 24 hours after a session.

 

SECTION 6 – EVENTS

 

1. Booking & Access

1.1. Tickets for all paid and free ATTIKA events are booked via lu.ma/attikafitnessbcn.

1.2. All paid events require pre-payment at the time of booking.

1.3. Discount codes are regularly shared via email and the ATTIKA WhatsApp group for members.

1.4. Events are open to the public and non-members, including locals, short-term visitors, and friends of the community.

1.5. ATTIKA encourages an inclusive, welcoming space — no prior membership is required to join an event.

 

2. Cancellation & Refunds

2.1. Paid tickets are refundable with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the event.

2.2. Tickets are transferable at any time to another guest, as long as the new participant meets eligibility (e.g., age, waiver).

2.3. In the rare case of cancellation by ATTIKA, clients will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

 

3. Payment Options & Offers

3.1. Some events, such as Focus Flow, may offer multi-event bundles (e.g., 2-for-1 or 4-for-3 offers), visible during ticket checkout.

3.2. ATTIKA membership does not include free event access, but members often receive exclusive rates or discount codes.

 

4. Waivers, Safety & Pre-Event Info

4.1. For events involving cold exposure, breathwork, or physical activity, attendees must complete a waiver and health declaration, which are embedded in the lu.ma registration process.

4.2. All attendees receive an automated pre-event message (24 hours before the event) with information on what to bring, such as:

  • Swimwear and towel (for cold plunge)
  • Water bottle, yoga mat, or layers (for breathwork or movement)
  • Open mind and good vibes :)

 

5. Participation & Community Guidelines

5.1. ATTIKA events include but are not limited to:

  • Focus Flow (breathwork + optional cold plunge)
  • Friends Dinner (monthly social dinners)
  • Longevity Lounge Live (talks and community panels)
  • Celebration Events, Beach Hangouts, Picnics

5.2. Events that include breathwork or cold exposure are restricted to guests aged 18+.

5.3. All other events are open to guests of all ages, unless otherwise specified.

5.4. Following an event, attendees are invited to join the ATTIKA WhatsApp community group to stay connected and access ongoing support and updates.

 

SECTION 7. PAYMENT FAILURES & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

 

7.1. All recurring memberships (including Personal Training, Group PT, and any auto-renewing service) are processed via Stripe through the TeamUp system.

7.2. If a payment attempt fails, the system will automatically retry up to five times.

7.3. After five failed payment attempts, the client's membership will be automatically suspended, and no further session bookings or attendance will be permitted.

7.4. To reactivate a suspended membership, the outstanding payment must be resolved.

7.5. ATTIKA reserves the right to cancel or withhold access to services until the account is in good financial standing.

 

SECTION 8: INBODY MEASUREMENTS

 

1. Service Overview

1.1. InBody body composition scans are included at no additional cost for all active ATTIKA Personal Training and Group Personal Training memberships.

1.2. Clients who do not hold a membership — such as those using Group Class credit packs (drop-in, 10-pack, or 20-pack) — may book an InBody scan using one class credit.

1.3. InBody scans are also available as a stand-alone service for non-members, subject to availability and a single-session fee.

 

2. Booking & Access

2.1. All InBody scans must be booked in advance at ATTIKA through your coach or via WhatsApp.

2.2. Personal Training and Group PT members are entitled to one complimentary scan per billing cycle.

2.3. Clients on Group Class credit packs must use one credit to book a scan.

2.4. Additional scans may be purchased separately at the current service rate.

 

3. Preparation & Guidelines

3.1. To ensure scan accuracy, clients must avoid food, caffeine, or intense physical activity for at least 2 hours prior to the appointment.

3.2. Clients must remove shoes, socks, and jewelry before stepping onto the scanner.

3.3. A qualified ATTIKA coach will review the scan results with the client. Results can be stored in the client profile upon request.

 

4. Payments, Cancellations & Transfers

4.1. Stand-alone or extra scans outside of membership inclusion must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

4.2. All scan appointments must be cancelled with at least 4 hours' notice. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session or credit.

4.3. Session credits for scans (from packs or paid bookings) may be transferred to a referred client upon ATTIKA's approval.

 

SECTION 9 – COLD PLUNGE WAIVER: SAFETY TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1. Eligibility & Health Responsibility

1.1. Participants must be 18 years or older. Individuals aged 16–17 may participate only with written parental or guardian consent.

1.2. Cold exposure is not recommended for individuals with:

  • Heart conditions
  • High blood pressure
  • Epilepsy
  • Pregnancy
  • Recent surgery
  • Kidney or autoimmune conditions (e.g., MS, Crohn's, diabetes)

1.3. It is the participant's responsibility to consult a medical professional before participating.

1.4. ATTIKA Fitness reserves the right to deny participation if the coach deems the plunge unsafe due to health disclosures or observed symptoms.

 

2. Safety & Supervision

2.1. A trained ATTIKA coach or staff member will be present during all guided sessions.

2.2. For self-guided sessions, participants agree to follow all safety protocols posted in the cold plunge area.

2.3. All participants must:

  • Shower before entering the cold plunge
  • Limit their time in the plunge to a maximum of 15 minutes
  • Use the alarm cord in case of emergency
  • Respect time slots and instructions shared by ATTIKA staff

2.4. Swimwear is required. Towels and showers are provided; sauna is not available.

 

3. Informed Consent & Waiver of Liability

3.1. By signing this waiver, the participant confirms they understand the risks associated with cold exposure, including but not limited to: dizziness, fainting, changes in heart rate, or temperature shock.

3.2. The participant accepts full responsibility for their physical and mental wellbeing during the session.

3.3. ATTIKA Fitness, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse reaction sustained during or after the session.

3.4. By signing, the participant confirms they have provided full and accurate medical information in the Health Declaration Form.

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
