We call it the Bespoke Fitness Blueprint.
It’s a 90-minute deep-dive where we:
Assess movement quality, posture, and strength
Scan body composition (via InBody)

You leave with a tailored training plan and our coach’s recommendation on whether Group PT, Personal Training, or a hybrid approach best fits your goals.
Q: Why do I need this session before starting?
A: Because we personalise everything. The Blueprint helps us understand your goals, match you with the right coach, and ensure your plan is safe and effective from day one.
Q: Can I just join a class without it?
A: You can try one free Group PT class with a general program to get a feel for the space. After that, you’ll need to complete the Bespoke Blueprint so we can personalise your plan and assign the right coach.
Q: What happens after the first session?
A: Your coach builds a tailored program and recommends the best plan for you — whether Group PT, Personal Training, or a combination.
Q: How do I know if ATTIKA is right for me?

Q: What services does ATTIKA provide?
A: We offer Group Personal Training (max 4 people), 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 Personal Training, Private Breathwork, Cold Plunge (guided and self-guided), InBody scans, and Nutrition Coaching.
Q: Can I mix Group PT and Personal Training?
A: Yes, you can combine memberships. After your Bespoke Blueprint, your coach will recommend the best combo.

Q: Can you help if I’m busy?
A: Yes, our flexible options allow you to train around your schedule with real consistency.
Q: Will this help with posture?
A: Yes, many of our clients come with posture or desk-related issues. We address that early.
Q: Can training help with emotional health?
A: Yes, movement, breath, and community all support emotional regulation and confidence.
Q: How can I get more energy and mental clarity?
A: The structure, breathwork, and progressive training all increase energy. Most clients feel sharper and lighter within weeks.
π· 7. Memberships, Packs & Bookings
Q: Can I pause when I travel?
A: We recommend staying active, but yes oyu can cancel or downgrade to online training, where the coach is looking after oyu remotely and you can drop in to sessions when you´re around.
Q: What’s the cancellation policy?
A: PT: Cancel ≥ 22h before. Group PT: Morning ≥ 12h, Evening ≥ 4h. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged.
Q: How are payments processed?
A: All recurring payments are via Stripe through TeamUp. Failed payments are retried 5x; if unresolved, your account is paused.

Personal Training (1-on-1 / 2-on-1)
Q: How do I book?
A: Directly with your coach, they’ll register your session on TeamUp.
Q: Do I need the assessment before starting?
A: Yes, the Bespoke Blueprint is mandatory to begin.
Q: What if only one person shows up in a 2-on-1?
A: The session is still counted.
Q: What’s the cancellation policy?
A: Please cancel at least 22 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.
Q: What’s the difference between memberships and packs?
A: Memberships renew monthly and are best for long-term consistency. Packs (10 or 20 sessions) are valid for 6 months and offer flexibility.
Group PT (4-on-1)
Q: How do I book?
A: Via TeamUp on our website. Book up to 28 days in advance.
Q: Do credits roll over?
A: No, Group PT credits are use-it-or-lose-it within each 4-week cycle.
Q: What if I’m late?
A: Up to 15 minutes late = join and warm up. More than 15 = session is forfeited.
Q: Do I have to come on the same days weekly?
A: No , you can book flexibly within the 4-week billing cycle.
Cold Plunge
Q: Who can join cold exposure?
A: Anyone 18+. Teens 16–17 need guardian consent. Some health conditions may require medical clearance.
Q: How do I book private or group sessions?
A: Group events via lu.ma/attikafitnessbcn. Private sessions via WhatsApp.
Q: What’s the safety protocol?
A: Max 15 minutes in the cold. Shower first. Use swimwear. Follow staff instructions.
Private Breathwork
Q: How do I book a session?

Q: Where are they held?
A: At the client’s home or designated private location.
Q: What’s the waiver about?
A: It covers health history. Breathwork is not suitable for all conditions.
Q: How long is a session and what’s included?
A: ~90 minutes: intention setting, breathwork, grounding, and follow-up support.

Q: How do I get tickets?
A: All events (free & paid) are on lu.ma/attikafitnessbcn. Members get discount codes.
Q: Do I need a waiver for breathwork/cold?
A: Yes it's built into lu.ma during registration.
Q: What’s the refund policy?
A: ≥ 48h notice for refunds. Tickets are transferable. Full refund if ATTIKA cancels.

A: Yes, we adapt all exercises and progress you safely.

A: Yes, we’ll start at your current level and work towards strength and ease.

A: Some health conditions may be contraindicated. You’ll complete a waiver to ensure safety.

Q: How often are they included?
A: 1x per billing cycle for Group PT and PT members. Others can book one with a class credit or fee.
