Attika Fitness has created a hybrid of both types of coaching services in order to offer something affordable, social and tailored to you.

If you are ready to step up your game from group classes, but aren’t ready to commit to the full price of personal training or to leave your gym buddies behind - look no further! 

 

So, how does 4-on-1 Group Personal Training work? 

 

1. Book your Bespoke Fitness Blueprint 

The 90-minute Attika Bespoke Fitness Blueprint is for both you and your potential trainer to understand you, your body and your goals better. More than an induction in how Attika may be able to help you, this 90-minute session will tell you where you are now and the steps you need to take to be at your best. The consulation includes:

-An Inbody body composition scan

-Lifestyle and nutritional overview and advice

-Movement & strength assessments 

-Goal setting and plan of action

2. Receive a Phone Call 

Once you purchase your Blueprint, you will receive a phone call from us at Attika so we can understand a little bit about why you want to kickstart your health journey and how we can be of help. We will then assign a trainer best suited to you and book your appointment. 

3. Choose Your Package

Your trainer will help to advise you on the best package for your goals, but the final decision is up to you - you have 3 options - The Weekly, Commited or Full-Force (see below)!

4. Receive Your Bespoke Training Program

 Your Personal Trainer will create a customised training program tailored specifically to your goals every 4 weeks. This program will be digitally available to you at all times, making it accessible and convenient for you to follow.

5. Book your sessions on our website

With a wide array of 4-on-1 Group Personal Training sessions available, booking is a breeze through Attika’s user-friendly website. Join your chosen sessions, and experience the power of group motivation and support, as you push each other towards greatness, share the challenges, laughter, and triumphs along the way.

Mondays: 8:00am, 18:00pm, 19:00pm, 20:00pm 

Tuesdays: 8:00am, 9:00am,  19:00pm, 20:00pm

Wednesdays: 9am, 13:30pm, 18:00pm, 19:00pm, 20:00 pm

Thursdays: 8:00am, 9:00am,  19:00pm, 20:00pm

Fridays: 8:00am, 13:30pm, 18:00pm 19:00pm

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
