During your initial consultation, The ATTIKA Bespoke Fitness Blueprint your trainer will learn about your body, your abilities and your desires to create a unique program personal to you
-Your own personal program updated 4 weeks
-Your own personal trainer to guide you every step of the way
- Share the space with up to 4 other members. Like meeting with friends for a drink, but you get dumbbells instead
- A Bi-monthly Inbody Measurement to track your body composition progress
- All at 1/3rd of the price of 1-on-1 personal training
Our mobility warm-up prepares you for the workout ahead. Targeting various joints and muscles increases their range of motion, engages and activates the muscles you’ll be using during your workout, practises balance and coordination to move more efficiently and with better form and of course, increases heart rate and blood flow so your body is fully prepared.
Your coach will ensure this warm-up will be adapted to your ability, so everyone can benefit from the mobility section of the class.
During your ATTIKA Bespoke Fitness Blueprint you will have discussed goals with your trainer. While your body is fresh at the start of your workout, you will be doinf the first set of your selected exercises for as many rounds as you can. We use these first 15 minutes to focus on your priority goal. This could be anything from general strength to a specific area.
These twelve minutes are used for your second priority goal or accessory moves to compliment your first ones. Everyone works together and yet on their own individual goals. This set tends to be with less rest periods so you can challenge your body in a different way.
20 seconds ON and 10 seconds OFF is the most efficient way for your body to work to the max. A short enough interval to work at full capacity and a short enough break that all the benefits continue whilst you catch your breath. We use this set of exercises for your accesory work such as condiitoning or rehab.
