Group Personal Training: The Method

Group personal training is a personalised service combined with community. Our new programming means working out more efficiently and effectively whilst working alongside others towards your own goals. 

 

During your initial consultation, The ATTIKA Bespoke Fitness Blueprint your trainer will learn about your body, your abilities and your desires to create a unique program personal to you 

 

Group Personal Training includes: 

-Your own personal program updated every month

-Your own personal trainer to guide you every step of the way

- Share the space with up to 4 other members. Like meeting with friends for a drink, but you get dumbbells instead

- A Bi-monthly Inbody Measurement to track your body composition progress 

- All at 1/3rd of the price of 1-on-1 personal training 

 

The new Group Personal Training Programming 

 

ATTIKA Warmup 

Our mobility warm-up prepares you for the workout ahead. Targeting various joints and muscles increases their range of motion, engages and activates the muscles you’ll be using during your workout, practises balance and coordination to move more efficiently and with better form and of course, increases heart rate and blood flow so your body is fully prepared.

Your coach will ensure this warm-up will be adapted to your ability, so everyone can benefit from the mobility section of the class. 


 

Round one: 15 Minutes 

During your ATTIKA Bespoke Fitness Blueprint you will have discussed goals with your trainer. While your body is fresh at the start of your workout, we use these first 15 minutes to focus on your priority goal. This could be anything from general strength to a specific area.  

 

Round 2: 12 Minutes 

These twelve minutes are used for your second priority goal or accessory moves to compliment your first ones. 

 

Round 3: TABATA  4 minutes 

20 seconds on and 10 seconds off is the most efficient way for your body to work to the max. A short enough interval to work at full capacity and a short enough break that all the benefits continue whilst you catch your breath.

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
