The last of La Calçotada The whole month

People eating calcots at a festival

Ever wondered what the long BBQ spring onions taste like? And what’s all the fuss about? A Calçotada is a popular ritual which brings together families and friends, most popularly in the colder months of November-March. Plunge into the countryside dining and eat some fine food in a fun and messy way. Calcots are a great way to slow down and taste the richness of Catalan culture. Try them locally in picturesque spots in the city or venture out to the countryside of Catalonia to some more traditional spots, such as Valls where the tradition originates.

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
