This February, Attika Fitness invites you to take a unique leap – not just because it's a leap year, but a leap into better health and well-being. Our special February Health Challenge is designed not as a new year resolution you forgot about two days later, but as a journey towards embedding lasting healthy habits into your lifestyle.


Why a 28-Day Challenge?

28 days of February symbolise more than just a calendar month; they represent an opportunity to create space in your life for health-centered activities. At Attika Fitness, we understand that health is not about short-term gains; it’s about cultivating practices that bring long-term balance and well-being. That's why this challenge is tailored to be achievable and realistic, focusing on incorporating small, healthy habits that can make a big impact over time. And this year we get an extra day - on day 29, we will have a closing the challenge zoom call.


Embracing the Attika Way: Five Key Challenges

Our February Challenge is built around Attika Fitness's five core values. Each week, you'll embark on activities that reflect these values:


Connection: 1 x week -  Do something new

This could be attending a social event, trying a new dance class, or exploring new places. The goal is to expand your social connections and experiences.


Health: 2 x week -  listen to a podcast

We'll recommend some, but feel free to choose any that piques your interest, be it for learning, inspiration, or relaxation.


Balance: 3 x week, participate in the Attika warm-up

This routine is essential, especially if you're trying new fitness classes or spend long hours at a desk. It's a game-changer for your physical health.


Resilience: 4 x week, aim to walk at least 8,000 steps 

Whether it's through a dedicated walk or accumulated throughout the day, this practice is key to building your physical resilience.


Bespoke: 5 x week, engage in journaling 

Reflect on your day and note down moments that made you smile. Store these notes in a jar for a special reflection at the end of the month.


Join the Community, Share the Journey

What's unique about this challenge? It’s the community! On the 29th day - a bonus day this leap year - we'll gather virtually to share our experiences. We will together open that jar filled with happy moments and achievements from the past month! 


Throughout the challenge, you'll also have access to our exclusive February Challenge WhatsApp group. Here, you can interact with fellow participants and Attika coaches, who are embarking on this journey alongside you. Expect daily doses of inspiration, support, and practical advice to keep you motivated.

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
