Get to know others in Barcelona in a fun, mindful and healthy way with ATTIKA’s events. The puppies are back with our paws and peaks social walk - (this time a flatter route) and we’re providing nutritional insight all about CARBS this month at our free Monthly Nutrition Workshop.


Barcelona Paws & Peaks: Sunday Dog Hike Sunday March 17th 12 pm

Join us for a beautiful Sunday dog hike around Carretela de las Aiguas! Get ready to explore the breathtaking trails with your furry friend and fellow dog lovers.

A leisurely 10-12 km walk for a rejuvenating Sunday afternoon in the beautiful nature that surrounds our city. We’ll be meeting at 12 pm at Peu del Funicular station and going from there around the Carretela de las Aiguas.

Come for an afternoon of bonding, exercise, and stunning views. Whether you have a small pup or a big doggo, all breeds are welcome to join the pack. Don't miss out on this pawsome opportunity to discover the natural beauty of Barcelona while enjoying the company of your four-legged companion. Grab your leash and join us lovely Sunday in the beautiful Catalonia nature.

You don't need to have a dog to join! If you love dogs like us then you are more than welcome!

Monthly Nutrition Workshop - Carbs! Tuesday 26th March 20:00-21:30 pm

Because there is never too much you can know about nutrition. The last Tuesday of every month we continue to share nutritional guidance and advice with our Monthly Nutrition Seminar. 

This month we'll be talking all about Carbs! There is so much misinformation out there. Are carbs as bad as they seem? How much, what type and when? 

March's seminar will take place on the 26th. Book your seat to not miss out!


Whether you’re an ATTIKA Member or not, everyone is welcome to our events. If you have any questions about any of these events please get in contact at 

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
