Join us for an enlightening event by RubiOmens at Attika Fitness 

Saturday, 27 April from 11:30-13:30.
 
During this event, we will work to program ourselves towards abundance over a series of meditations, visualizations and open discussions.

You will connect with others, set tangible goals, and leave with a practical application on how to overcome your limiting beliefs and bring abundance thinking into your mindset. 

Afterwards, we invite you to network further at Attika’s space with light 
refreshments.
 

What to expect

Our goal is to guide you through meditation and visualizations to transcend self-imposed barriers, insert positive thoughts and to re-program 
into abundance in all aspects of life.

- Meditate: Liliana will guide us through a meditation around our central theme to better understand and connect with ourselves.

- Visualise Goals: You will visualize around 1-3 goals and intentions, based on your experience during the meditation.

- Share: After the meditation, you will hear other participants’ insights and experiences, bridging a shared human experience around self-limitations and abundance. 

- Connect: During the circle and at the networking, you can connect with other participants over this experience and discover deeper insights.

- Practical Application: Leave with a profound sense of release, gratitude, renewal, and sense of connection. We will impart to you mindful living techniques and actionable goals to continue on your journey beyond the session.

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
