Our Dietician Anna, has put together a nutriciously delicious dark chocolate banana cake that contains a variety of beneficial ingredients that are insanely delicious, packed with various textures and flavours.
Create this cake for Easter weekend and share the love with some friends.
3 ripe bananas
160 g - wholewheat/oat flour
40 g of whey protein (May be used to replace 40g of flour)
100 g crunchy peanut butter
50 g coconut sugar/xylitol/honey
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
200 ml of plant or cow milk
12 g of baking powder
20 g of dark chocolate drops/chopped chocolate
One banana bread has 12 servings. One serving has around 156 kcal, 19 g carbs, 5 g fat, 6 g protein, 3 g fiber, 7 g sugar.
