What is your schedule?

You can choose any of the slots available Monday through Saturday on our timetable.

Is there a sign-up fee?

No. The only requirement is the Bespoke Fitness Blueprint (€65) — a 90-minute consultation that assesses your goals, movement, and health before you begin.

 


 

What’s the minimum commitment? 

Just 4 weeks. After that, you can cancel anytime with 3 working days’ notice before your next payment.

 


 

How many people are in a Group PT session? 

Up to 4. This keeps the group small enough for personal attention, while still giving you the motivation of training with others.

 


 

Do I get my own program?

Yes. Your training program is personalised to your goals and updated every 4 weeks to reflect your progress.

 


 

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. Group PT is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to training or experienced, your program is tailored to your level.

 


 

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Your coach adapts your program so you can train safely and effectively. In some cases, if you need extra attention, we may suggest beginning with one-on-one training first.

 


 

What happens if I miss a session?

Sessions run on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. If you’re traveling or away for longer, you can downgrade your membership for that month so you’re not paying for unused sessions.

 


 

Is Group PT only for strength training?

No. Your program is built around your goals — whether that’s strength, fat loss, mobility, performance, or simply feeling good in your body.

 


 

How flexible is scheduling?

You book your spot just like a class, choosing the times that fit best with your schedule.

 


 

What’s the first step to join?

Every journey begins with the Bespoke Fitness Blueprint (€65) — your one-time 90-minute consultation to assess your movement, goals, and health. From there, we’ll design your program and get you started.

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
