Opening a gym bang in the middle of summer sure has been interesting but it’s given us some really valuable time to prepare for the year ahead. 

We’ve loved meeting all of you keen beans at the Strong and HIIT classes and all the new PT clients who have made the commitment to finding a fitter and healthier life. We also want to thank our existing personal training clients for trusting the process and making the transition to the brand-new workout space. It is really important to us that you feel at home at Attika. 

We’ve recently had an influx of Insta DMs and people knocking on the door so September is already looking really exciting. Thank you to those for spreading the word and recommending us! It does not go unnoticed. 

This month we are ready to share with you 5 new varieties of classes, a new schedule, our first nutrition event, a free trial class offer and more. 


New Classes

We’re so excited to offer this new variety of classes so you can find your perfect balance. 

Feel the gains at strength classes, energise in HIIT classes, test yourself with calisthenics, gain control in pilates, prepare yourself at boxing circuits, explore something new with olympic rings and harness connection in yoga.

Workout, Brunch & Nutrition Seminar

On Saturday, September 16 we have our first nutrition event and we’re combining it with a gym takeover. We’re taking over the whole gym for an hour combination of strength and conditioning, followed by a deliciously healthy brunch coupled with a seminar about nutrition. The event is 11am-1pm and don’t worry, there will be time to have your questions answered with a Q&A at the end!

Try before you buy! It’s important to us that you are happy with the services you get at Attika, that’s why we are keen that you come and try a class for free. 

This offer even includes a free trial of Group Personal Training. In the session you will try out a template program to see how group personal training works and the Attika way of working out. The more time you spend looking after yourself, the better. That’s why we have created a brand new membership offer at a great value of €109 a month. That's just €9 a class! 

You choose your combination each week. You may want to perfect your skills at calistenics or mix and match to find the perfect balance instead. Think: Monday HIIT to wake up for the week, Wednesday Pilates to rejuvenate and gain control mid-week, then let go and have fun at boxing or boxing circuits at the end of the week!
