Teo here.
Over the past couple of weeks, I found myself having similar conversations again and again. Different people, different stories, different goals… but somehow the same questions underneath it all.
Am I doing enough?
Am I doing it right?
Why does this feel so hard sometimes?
And I didn’t plan it, but I kept coming back to the same kind of answers.
Not because there is one way to do things, but because there are a few things I’ve seen over and over again. In myself, and in the people I work with.
I remember when I first started my own journey, I thought what I needed was more discipline. A better plan. More structure. Something that would finally make everything click.
But looking back, that wasn’t it.
What I really needed was to feel supported. To feel safe in my own body. To stop approaching my health like something I constantly had to fix or fight.
And I think a lot of what we do at ATTIKA comes from that.
It’s not just about training. It’s about creating a way of approaching your health that you can actually stay with.
So I wrote it down.
Not as rules. Just as a reminder.
There is no “behind.”
Only your starting point.
We work from where you are.
That’s where progress begins.
Pressure doesn’t build consistency.
Support does.
Your body is always speaking.
Listen.
It’s not one or the other.
Push when it’s right.
Pause when it’s needed.
Both move you forward.
You don’t need to be ready.
Just come.
We adjust from there.
One deep breath.
Come back to yourself.
Start again.
You’re not meant to do this alone.
Speak. Ask. Share.
Getting the help you need is brave.
This is yours.
We guide.
You show up.
That’s where change happens.
Drop yesterday. It´s gone.
Come back to our why.
You have a choice today.
And maybe this is the part that matters most.
You don’t need to do everything right.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before you start.
You just need to stay with it.
To show up, in whatever way you can that day. To listen a little more. To be a little kinder with yourself than you were before.
Because over time, that’s what actually changes things.
Not the perfect plan.
Not the perfect week.
But the way you learn to be with yourself through it.
This is the ATTIKA way.
Not something to follow perfectly.
Just something to come back to.
