Meet Bianca, a yoga teacher with over 300 hours of Hatha Yoga Training and a certified Athletic Recovery Specialist. With a background in martial arts, she blends discipline with mind & body connection.

In her classes, Bianca guides students to develop a deeper understanding of the body’s signals and language.

 

Introducing Yin to Yang Yoga Flow with Bianca:

You asked for some Yoga, so here it is. The perfect way to release the week and step calmly into the one ahead: Yin to Yang Yoga Flow every Sunday at 11am. 

Explore the two complementary energies that shape our lives: the ‘doing’ and the ‘being’.

An energising Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, connect with our Yang energy (the active, solar side within us) and release any tension from the week.

In the second half, ease into stillness, exploring longer-held poses for tissue release, deep breathing, and grounding awareness, embracing our Yin energy (the lunar, softer and introspective side.)

A Sunday reset to restore balance and connect within.

However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
