At the core of Attika is our bespoke approach to your individual health journey.

The Bespoke Fitness Blueprint allows us to truly get to know your purpose behind seeking help, health history and goals, and match you with an Attika coach who will assist you throughout your own experience.

Group Personal Training

It's like personal training, but a 1/3 of the price.

You get your own personal trainer creating your program tailored to your body type and goals, and then you join the class with up to 3 other Group PT-ers, where an Attika coach is there to support you personally as you each follow your own program.

4 on 1 Classes

This is not your regular class.

Our small group resilience and balance classes are carefully designed to help your body get stronger, move better and prevent injuries.

The luxury of sharing the space with maximum 3 other trainees, means we have our eyes on you the whole time. The intimate setting allows you to get plenty of coaching time and truly move your body better for the long run.

Our bespoke approach features understanding of your goals, needs and health history on a much deeper level than you would expect. Before committing to our PT services, we require an initial consultation that enables us to craft your own personalised training regimen.

Our Bespoke Fitness Blueprint includes:

  • 90min private induction with a personal trainer + InBody Measurement.
  • Movement & Strength Assessments + Nutrition overview
  • Goal Setting and Plan of Action

What's On

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
