Personal Training (1-on-1 & 2-on-1)

 

How do I book?
Directly with your assigned ATTIKA coach; they’ll register sessions on TeamUp so you can view appointments and usage.

How far in advance should I book?
You can book flexibly (even short-notice if your coach agrees), but we recommend at least 24 hours in advance.

What’s your cancellation window?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 22 hours before your session. Late cancels/no-shows are charged in full.

If only one person attends a 2-on-1, is it still counted?
Yes — the session is counted either way.

Can I carry unused sessions into next month?
Yes, if you renew your membership. Carried sessions can’t be used without an active subscription. You may also downgrade next month’s plan (e.g., 12 → 4) to use carried sessions if requested ≥ 3 working days before the next billing date.

Memberships vs. packs — what’s the difference?
Choose recurring memberships or 10/20-session packs (valid 6 months). All payments are in advance and non-refundable.

Do I need an assessment first?
Yes — all new PT clients complete the Bespoke Fitness Blueprint and submit a signed PAR-Q.

 


 

Group Personal Training (4-on-1)

 

How do I book Group PT?
Via TeamUp (attikafitness.com/timetable). Sessions host up to 4 clients and can run with fewer. Book up to 28 days ahead.

Do I have to attend the same days each week?
No — credits are flexible within each 4-week billing cycle.

What’s the cancellation policy?
Morning sessions: ≥ 12 hours. Lunchtime/evening: ≥ 4 hours. Late cancels/no-shows forfeit the credit.

Do unused credits roll over?
No — Group PT credits are “use it or lose it” within the 4-week period.

Will I get a personal program?
Yes — your coach designs and updates your plan every 4 weeks; multiple coaches may supervise sessions, all briefed on your goals. Blueprint + PAR-Q required before starting.

What if I’m late?
Up to 15 min late: you can join and complete your own warm-up. >15 min: entry isn’t permitted and the session is forfeited.

 


 

Cold Plunge Sessions

 

How can I book?

  • Group Events via lu.ma/attikafitnessbcn

  • Private Guided or Self-Guided via WhatsApp with Teodora or Emily
    Medical waiver required before first session.

Cancellation windows?
Private guided: ≥ 22 hours. Self-guided: ≥ 4 hours. Late/no-show = forfeited.

How long can I stay in?
Max 15 minutes per session. Shower before entering; swimwear required. Towels and showers provided (no sauna).

Can I use class packs for self-guided plunges?
Yes — drop-in/10-pack/20-pack (valid 6 months). Payments are non-refundable; credits may be transferred with approval.

 


 

Private Breathwork Sessions

 

How do I book and where are they held?
Book 1-on-1 or 2-on-2 directly with Teodora via WhatsApp; sessions are in-person at the client’s residence.

What are the prices?
1-on-1: €180 · 2-on-2: €240 (one-off bookings).

What about safety and medical info?
A Breathwork Waiver & Health Declaration is required. Certain conditions may be contraindicated (e.g., heart issues, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery). Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

What’s included and how long are sessions?
~90 minutes: intention setting, guided breathwork, grounding + aftercare support via WhatsApp.

 


 

Events

 

How do I get tickets?
All events (paid & free) are booked via lu.ma/attikafitnessbcn. Paid events require pre-payment; discount codes are shared via email/WhatsApp for members. Open to members and non-members.

What’s the refund policy?
Refunds with ≥ 48 hours’ notice. Tickets are transferable anytime (eligibility applies). If ATTIKA cancels, you’ll receive a full refund.

Do events require waivers?
For breathwork/cold exposure/physical activity, yes — waivers are embedded in lu.ma registration. Pre-event info is sent 24h before.

 


 

Payments, Failed Charges & Account Access

 

How are recurring payments processed?
Via Stripe through TeamUp. If a payment fails, the system retries up to 5 times. After 5 failures, the membership is suspended until resolved; booking/attendance is blocked meanwhile.

 


 

InBody Measurements

 

Who gets InBody scans?
Included for active PT and Group PT members (one per billing cycle). Non-members can book using one class credit or as a stand-alone service (fee applies).

How do I prepare?
Avoid food, caffeine, and intense exercise for ≥ 2 hours pre-scan; remove shoes/socks/jewelry. A coach reviews results with you.

 


 

Cold Plunge — Safety & Eligibility (Waiver Summary)

 

Who can participate?
18+ (ages 16–17 with written guardian consent). Not recommended for certain health conditions (e.g., heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery, specific autoimmune conditions). Consult a medical professional first.

Key rules?
Shower before entering, limit time to 15 minutes, use the alarm cord if needed, follow staff instructions, and wear swimwear. Towels/showers provided (no sauna).

Liability & consent
By signing the waiver, you accept the risks (e.g., dizziness, HR changes, temperature shock) and confirm accurate medical disclosure. ATTIKA isn’t liable for injuries or adverse reactions during/after the session.

InBody measurements are an accurate body composition reading tool to help us see your quantifiable progress of your personal goals you and your trainer have defined together.

We will be able to track:
  • Analysis of body composition – muscle, body fat, water retention
  • Comparison analysis for upper/lower body and left/right side balance
  • Setting specific health goals
  • Tracking and comparing your progress with previous measurements

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
