Happy February everyone, and no it’s not too late to start that New Year's resolution you forgot about the first week in! Here’s your monthly events update so you don’t miss out on all the fantastic opportunities we have this month. 


Have a laugh at the Beginners’ Salsa Rueda, learn what to do about your joint pain at our Physio’s Injury Rehab Workshop and know more about what you’re eating with our Monthly Nutrition Workshop (we changed the name so it sounds less like a formal class!) 


FREE Injury Rehab Workshop Tuesday 13th February 20:00-21:30

Have joint pain or a limitation and not sure where to start? Physion, Attika's Physio will explain the basics of injury prevention and rehabilitation and how physio and physical training interlink in helping you become that better, faster, stronger you that you have been working towards.

Beginners’ Salsa Rueda Friday 16th February 19:00-20:30

What a great night we had at our very first Attika Salsa night! If you missed it last time, make sure to join the fun! If you’re ready to mix up your steps, potentially step on a few feet, and share some hearty laughter come and learn the basics of salsa in an interactive, group-oriented experience that encourages partner swapping, making everyone feel at ease.


The 3-part 1.5 hour event includes:

1. The Warm-Up:  Receive guidance on mastering the fundamental steps to the infectious beats

2. Basic Rueda Group: Learn the steps as one. A dynamic and synchronised dance performed in a circle. As partners rotate, we'll step on some toes and have a laugh.

3. Dance the night away: Have the opportunity to freely dance on your own or with others and practice your newly acquired skills.


For our class members, this event counts as one of your monthly classes. Otherwise, it's €15. To reserve your place make sure to book here. 


Monthly Nutrition Workshop Tuesday 27th February 20:00-21:30

Woman holding herbs with the text 'Monthly Nutrition Seminar'Because there is never too much you can know about nutrition. The last Tuesday of every month we continue to share nutritional guidance and advice with our Monthly Nutrition Seminar. 


To us, knowledge is power and knowing more about what you fuel your body with is one of the most important powers to have. This is why our nutrition seminar is FREE. Make sure to reserve your (FREE) spot however as we have limited space available!

We will be able to track:

At Attika our priority is your health. We have met plenty of people with six packs that are totally miserable and unhealthy. Having a six pack can be a side effect of healthy habits and of course we can help you to get there, if you wish to do so. However, our priority is creating healthy mindset and habits towards becoming a better human, feeling good in your own skin, and having energy to keep going. The looks are a bonus 🙂
